法國人的浪漫似乎出了名,但是要說出出了名的吉普越野車,還真的沒有,充其量就算個跨界。當然了,從目前的產業結構上來看,法國人似乎不太熱衷于越野車的研發,以至於PSA旗下的純粹法系SUV系列都是兩驅車。

法軍的軍車還要從二戰說起,二戰結束後,法國軍隊的輕型機動車輛是美國政府援助的威利斯Jeep,這些Jeep在上世紀50年代的北非軍事活動以及印度支那戰爭中發揮了不小的作用。可是到了60年代,法軍的Jeep日漸凋零需要汰換,法國也不太想繼續用美制軍車。法國陸軍對於新一代4×4底盤輕型越野車的要求是能載4名乘員和無線電設備,車身尺寸不能過大以滿足輕型運輸機的空運。


正好,1972年朋馳開始研製G級越野車,經過一系列技術論證,法國人決定和朋馳公司合作,以研發的朋馳G越野車(W460)為基礎,法國標緻公司和戴姆勒·朋馳公司合作開發法國陸軍的新一代輕型越野車,他們各自承擔研發工作的50%。由於朋馳G級的車身結構以及適應性完全可以滿足法軍對於空投性能的需求,而且同樣在北約的架構下,軍用產品的標準大部分都是互通的。

比如:可以塞進C130運輸機的機艙空間以及法德聯合開發的C160運輸機尺寸。


原型車於1978年研製成功並開始一系列測試,它採用了標緻504的引擎、標緻604傳動機構和朋馳的W460底盤,1981年完成定型後新車被命名為P4。P4的車身長度為4200毫米(標準軸距短軸版)和4650毫米(長軸距版),車身寬度為1700毫米;,車重1.75噸;動力汽油版為一台 2.0L馬力79,柴油版為一台2.5L馬力70.5。紙面上數據在越野車中不算出色。晚期型又增加了1.9L和2.1L柴油發動機,最大輸出功率分別為90馬力和109馬力。


法國陸軍訂購了 15,000 輛 P4,包括汽油和柴油版本; 1981年,隨著陸軍規模的縮小,訂單量降至13,500輛。在法國軍方削減了標緻P4的採購數量之後,標緻推出民用版的車型,以減少成本損失,不過,P4在民用市場並不成功,價格太高,動力又弱,除了有特種車輛需求的相關機構,感興趣的老百姓寥寥無幾。所以在銷量上沒有收穫太大的。還有一點主要的是,由於朋馳和標緻的協議,民用版的P4並不能賣到法國以外的地方。而在法軍方面,標緻P4也在進入新世紀後逐漸的被潘哈德輕型裝甲車所取代。

 

In the late 1960s, the French army decided that its 10,000 Jeeps needed to be replaced. The replacement vehicle would carry four men with radio equipment and would be small enough to be parachuted and transported by plane.

After many technical issues, the new vehicle was designed in the 1970s. An agreement was settled between Peugeot and Mercedes to co-produce the vehicle by a proportion of 50% each. Peugeot mounted the engine of the Peugeot 504 and the transmission of the Peugeot 604 on the Mercedes-Benz G-Class. The first prototype was tested in 1978, beginning a long series of tests and trials.

The French Army ordered 15,000 P4s, both petrol and diesel versions; in 1981, order downgraded to 13,500 units with the downsize of the Army.
A civilian version was made, but encountered little success because of a high price and a poor power-to-weight ratio. The P4 is a militarised Mercedes Geländewagen marketed by Peugeot for the French military. Peugeot did not have a licence to export the vehicle anywhere else than to the countries bound to France by defence agreements.

The P4 is an unarmoured off-road vehicle used by the military of France. It was manufactured by Peugeot but is now manufactured by Panhard. It is to be replaced with the PVP by Panhard.

 

原本是Italeri的Mercedes G230模子改成Peugeot P4,由於軍用版的P4幾乎是短軸版居多,而模子是長軸版,如果要切斷大樑銜接確實是有難度;軍用板其實也有長軸的,大多用於軍用救護車、發電車、運兵車和西北風飛彈掛載車。但是軍用長軸版的圖片與資料甚少,民用版的長軸車是由法國公家機關使用居多,例如消防隊和憲兵隊。民用長軸車非常稀有,除去貨車、6X6實驗車跟拖吊車,圖片只找到6張,因此選擇做消防隊的緊急發電車。原本想做成器材車,但是消防器器材實在很難用3D列印,因為列印出來會有印刷痕跡,東西又不大抹除痕跡很困難;用改造版製作只能做箱子,作品看起來就不豐富,所以後來選擇做緊急發電車。

Italeri model of Mercedes G230 model was changed to Peugeot P4. The civilian version of the long-axle is mostly used by French public agencies, such as the fire brigade and the gendarmerie. Civil long-axle vehicles are very rare. Except for trucks, 6X6 experimental vehicles and tow trucks, only 6 pictures were found, so I chose to be an emergency generator vehicle for the fire brigade.Originally I wanted to make an equipment car, but it is really difficult to use 3D printing for fire extinguisher equipment, because there will be printing marks after printing, and the things are not big enough to erase the traces. The modified version can only be made into boxes, and the works look ordinary , so later chose to be an emergency generator car.

 

改造的地方非常的多,切除車廂第2廂之後,駕駛艙後面加上隔板,隔板不用做太精美,因為會被貨廂整個遮住;椅子換成有點跑格的桶椅,其他照舊。

貨廂方面參考法國消防單位的緊急發電車廂體,由於參考圖片也不多,大致上廂體有分長廂體和方正廂體,我做的是長廂體貨廂。

There are many places to remodel. The cabin is removed, and a partition is added behind the cockpit. The partition does not need to be too delicate, because it will be completely covered by the cargo compartment; the chair is replaced with a bucket seat, and the rest is the same.

For the cargo compartment, refer to the emergency power generation compartment of the French fire department. Since there are not many reference pictures, generally the compartment is divided into a long compartment and a square compartment.

後面多兩顆紅燈是警示燈,這是早期型款式,車頂還有兩個大型警示燈。

前面幾張圖片是第一種版本,捲門拉下來的樣式。再來是第2種版本,捲門拉上來的樣式,可看到發電機(廂體)、警示燈升降器、延長線、控制電源盤和三角錐。

整個模型從規劃、裁切車體改造、3D列印到組合大約花了2個多月,最困難的是裁切車殼和組裝貨廂這兩部分。這是很早就想做一台但是G230模型缺貨一直等到3月份才又新進模型才得以施作。

原來是只做貨車斗的樣式但是太過單調,就選擇消防緊急發電車的樣式,在困難重重,手上的資料也不多的情況下完成獨一無二的作品。

The entire model took about 2 months from planning, cutting the car body transformation, 3D printing to the assembly. The most difficult part was cutting the car shell and assembling the cargo compartment. This is a long time I wanted to make one, but the G230 model was out of stock and it was not until March that a new model was introduced before it could be put into operation.
