REVELL 模型，在保時捷系列稍微冷門悶騷卻又不失優雅的車款。當911的未來及地位被確定後(78年後)，1984年保時捷進出新系列取代成功的SC系列。這新系列就是911 3.2 Carrera，自1975年以來第一次再使用Carrera名稱。911 3.2 Carrera是最後一代以原祖的911為基礎的系列，所有後續車型都採用新的車身造型、制動、電子和懸掛等技術，後續車則是964。

Targa車系 說起要從1965 年 9 月在法蘭克福國際車展上推出了 911 Targa。Targa 既不是敞篷車也不是雙門轎跑車，既不是硬頂也不是轎車，而是全新的東西：世界上第一輛帶有固定安全裝置的安全敞篷車。一般來說當時敞篷車是用折起來放到後窗下面，而Targa則是只拆掉車頂的玻璃纖維；後來1993年推出的993系列的Targa就更加人性，車頂改透明玻璃用滑軌的方式滑到後窗，省去收納車頂的麻煩。

Generally speaking, the convertible car was folded and placed under the rear window at that time, while the Targa only removed the glass fiber of the roof; later, the Targa of the 993 series launched in 1993 was more humane, and the roof was changed to a slide rail for transparent glass. way to slide to the rear window, saving the trouble of storing the roof.

2021年REVELL新推出兩款1985年的保時捷，一款是銀色Carrera，另一款是Carrera Targa，本來想收Carrera就好，後來看看模型車庫好像少了特殊車款，尤其是敞篷，所以改買Targa模型。

在此模型做了許多不同的變化，開門之作算是頭一遭，敞篷車最怕的就是應力不足，因為沒有B柱，Targa的B柱也是分離式，一開始除了A柱上半部就是全空，因此在切門的時候支撐架一定要保留。

為什麼想用Targa來做開門作品，最大的理由因為沒有窗框，這點蠻重要的；卡車類的窗框至少都還有3mm以上的寬距，但是汽車類幾乎不到1mm，不好切也容易斷。

改掉部分有：椅子換成959桶椅，底下裝磁鐵可以滑動椅子、方向盤換成後期型、引擎室追加高壓線路、門飾內側的存放空間也改成敞開(原本是封起來的 )還有追加安全帶(前後都有)。

In this model, many different changes have been made. The opening of the door is the first time. The convertible car is most afraid of insufficient stress. Because there is no B-pillar, the Targa's B-pillar is also a separate type. At the beginning, except for the upper half of the A-pillar Empty, so the support frame must be retained when cutting the door.

Why do you want to use Targa for door opening works? The biggest reason is that there is no window frame, which is quite important; the window frame of trucks has at least a width of more than 3mm, but the car type is almost less than 1mm, which is not easy to cut. easy to break.

The parts that have been changed are: the chair is replaced by a 959 bucket seat, the bottom of which is a magnet to slide the chair, the steering wheel is replaced by a late model, the engine room is added with a high-voltage circuit, the storage space inside the door trim is also changed to open, and additional seat belts are added.

第一次做可以開闔車門，難免會有些意外，做到快完成時，左側車門居然滑落脫離，雖然修復但是開門會磨到邊緣脫漆，但至少增加不少經驗，未來有可能再挑戰。
